Shree KhodalDham Temple – Kagvad

The temple was constructed by Shree Khodaldham Trust, an organisation of Leuva Patel community from Rajkot. The temple construction was formed in 2012 with the laying of the foundation stone. It was inaugurated on 21 January 2017.

Along with Ma Khodal, 20 other gods have established pinnacles at the Shri Khodaladham sanctum. From Mandovar to the top of the temple, a total of 650 statues have been created. In the Patel committee near the temple, a statue of Dhartiputra Patel has been pitched. The only temple in the whole world with a creative Patel committee is Shri Khodaldham. The first temple of its kind in the world, Shri Khodladham Temple, has a spinning national flag at its entrance.

The main god of the temple is goddess Khodiyar, who is supposed to be a representation of the Hindu Goddess Durga. She is idolized as the deity of wealth, safety, and energy. Shree khodaldham temple is one of the famous holy places in Gujarat and among the must-visit temples.
